Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Part time Customer Service Associate to join our retail team.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work in different shopping mall for atrium events.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with setting up Atrium events on the first day, including unpacking cartons and arranging merchandise on display wagons.
Support sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling.
Perform cashiering duties and process payment transactions accurately.
Replenish stocks and maintain sufficient merchandise displays on wagons.
Fold and sort garments according to sizes to ensure neat displays and easy access for customers.
Clear rubbish every evening and keep the Atrium area clean and safe for shoppers and co-workers.
Support daily event operations and perform other duties assigned by the Senior Colleague/ Cashier.
Be flexible and willing to work across different Atrium locations based on operational needs.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and customer service objectives.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or ITE qualification.
No relevant experience required. Training will be provided.
Willing to work on a 3-shift rotation for operation hour 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (event set up day from 8:30 AM, teardown day may end up till 11:00PM).
Able to work 3–6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Cheerful, positive, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
Good communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
