Job Responsibilities:
- Generating daily order listing for tracking order status
- Process TikTok orders, promotions and campaigns; working closely with Stores to ensure a seamless customer self-collect journey
- Manage customer’s complaints and initialise service recovery to retain customers
- Liaising with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
Requires commitment to the full contract period (late November to early December) for 6 days a week, though 7 days a week is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
