Working hr: 8am - 5pm
Warehouse Assistant
Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant
Contract: 3 Months (1 Nov 2026 – 31 Jan 2027)
Requirements:
• Forklift license is compulsory
Job Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against delivery orders
• Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
• Perform labelling, scanning and put-away activities
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks
• Maintain accurate warehouse records
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
• Follow workplace safety procedures and SOPs
• Perform other ad hoc warehouse duties
Crating Personnel
Job Responsibilities:
• Construct and assemble wooden crates according to specifications
• Pack and secure machinery, equipment and goods for transportation
• Use packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap and protective covers
• Assist with loading, unloading and positioning of goods
• Ensure goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transit
• Check labels, shipment markings and packing instructions
• Report damaged goods or packing discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Monitor crating materials and report replenishment requirements
• Perform other ad hoc duties
