📍 Near Raffles Place MRT
💰 $3,000–$3,500/month, depending on experience and qualifications
🎁 Eligible for a 1-month completion bonus
🕒 Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
📅 12-month contract, with possible extension
🏠 Expected hybrid arrangement: 4 days in office + 1 day WFH

JOB DUTIES
• Support the servicing and administration of multinational insurance accounts.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, underwriters and overseas offices.
• Obtain insurance renewal terms and communicate agreed details to clients and brokers.
• Follow up on account administration to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor service standards and help resolve servicing issues.
• Support team projects and process improvements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, attentive to detail and able to manage follow-ups.
• General insurance experience or qualifications such as BCP, PGI or ComGI are preferred for experienced applicants.
• Knowledge of multinational insurance programmes is an advantage.
