Responsibilities:
- Personal care & hygiene: Showering, toileting assistance, diaper changes, grooming and hygiene support
- Mobility & transfers: Assist seniors from 70-80kg with no or limited mobility safely and confidently
- Light housekeeping: Clean and maintain rooms, bathrooms, laundry and kitchens to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
- Companionship: Provide warm, respectful companionship and personal care for both male and female seniors
Work Arrangement:
- 26 hours per week, with assignments varying weekly based on care needs.
- Additional assignments beyond standard hours may be required, with overtime pay
- Home-based care
Mandatory Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Proficient in English and able to communicate clearly with seniors, families, and supervisors
- Willing to travel islandwide
- Not allergic to pets or animal fur
- Attend Homage Caregiver training sessions
