We are expanding our business and looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team.
Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Telok Ayer / Chinatown
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full recruitment cycle
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates according to clients’ requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage candidates and clients expectations professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- No recruitment experience required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively under tight deadlines.
