📍 Location: Penjuru
🚌 Company bus provided from Jurong East
💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,100/month
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer order processing, verification and preparation
- Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules and vessel arrangements
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Provide suitable solutions and maintain effective communication with customers
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or marine operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
