Local Toy business is looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, physically fit Warehouse Assistant to join the existing Warehouse Team, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse.
Contract Duration: Expected 2-3 months
Work Schedule: 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday)
Job Tasks
* General housekeeping to maintain tidy and orderly warehouse and stock inventory
* Receive from suppliers and issue of stocks to stores accurately
* Regular stock taking to ensure accurate stock inventory
* Ensure restricted access to the warehouse
* Fulfil delivery within the scheduled Date/timing with good customer service
* Handle stocks with care and ensure minimum damage during delivery
* Ensure that transfer request/ delivery request is fulfilled under normal circumstance
* Ensure that company's assets (eg stocks) are safeguarded
* Ensure timely and effective delivery service
* Timely and accurate online orders fulfilment/delivery
* Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by company
