Job Description:

  • Able to converse with mandarin speaking customers
  • Receive incoming emergency calls
  • Generate emergency call taking (ECT) form via the Authority's incident management IT System
  • Retrieve incident location from caller
  • Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller
  • Input required details into ECT form
  • Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the authority
