🏆 Think You Can Outsell Your Mentor? 😏 | Smart Home Sales
Your mentor has 3+ years of sales experience. You've got ZERO.
We challenge you to outsell them within your first 2 months.
Think you can? 😂🔥
At Maximus Organisation, we're recruiting new faces for our retail & door-to-door Smart Home Solutions Sales Team!
🤪 OUR CRITERIA?
✅ A little unserious — we love people who can joke and have fun!
✅ Not too stressed about money (but if you need cash fast, we PAY WEEKLY! 💸)
✅ Coachable — willing to learn from experienced salespeople.
✅ Secretly competitive — we love a friendly challenge! 🏆
✅ NO sales experience required!
🔥 YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS
WEEK 1 — TALK TO ANYONE! 🗣️
Learn to approach, engage and communicate with all kinds of customers.
Your mentor will be beside you, giving LIVE feedback on the ground. No boring classroom-only training!
WEEK 2 — HANDS-ON PRODUCT TRAINING 🏠
Get to see, touch and experience smart fans, lighting and kitchen appliances.
Learn how to explain products naturally instead of memorising sales scripts!
WEEK 3 — START CLOSING DEALS! 💰
Put your skills to the test!
Engage real customers, present solutions and work towards closing your own sales with your mentor guiding you.
💎 WHAT YOU'LL GET
💸 Weekly performance-based payouts
🤝 1-on-1 mentorship (3+ years' experience)
🏠 Real product and field training
🧠 Communication, negotiation & closing skills
🎉 Team outings and friendly competition
📈 Opportunities to progress into training & leadership
🙋 WHO CAN APPLY?
Fresh graduates? ✅
Career switchers? ✅
Retail/F&B background? ✅
Never done sales before? EVEN BETTER! 😂
We're looking for people with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a little competitive spirit.
🏆 THE CHALLENGE?
Come in with zero experience.
Learn from someone who's been selling for years.
Then see if you can beat their sales record!
It's a friendly challenge, not a guaranteed outcome.
Apply now! Our team will arrange a introductory call!
