- Handle incoming customer enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Prepare sales quotations and advise customers on pricing, product availability and delivery lead times.
- Maintain good product knowledge to provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and logistics partners on order confirmations, delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations with appropriate pricing and cost mark-ups based on customer categories.
- Process customer orders and ensure all requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before submitting them to the Order Processing team.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and logistics teams.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
