📦 E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
📍 Location: Tai Seng
🏢 Work Environment: Office environment
📅 Assignment Period: ASAP – 31 January 2027 (3 months)
⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 3 days per week
💰 Salary: $13/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily e-commerce and online operations
- Assist with packing, checking and receiving of orders and stocks
- Handle order fulfilment and prepare parcels for dispatch
- Coordinate logistics arrangements between departments and customers
- Assist with basic administrative duties
- Carry carton boxes and move stocks weighing approximately 10kg when required
- Perform other ad hoc operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic administrative experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable with carrying stocks and carton boxes weighing around 10kg
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Able to commit 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) for the full assignment period
