Job Summary
Join our Food & Beverage team as a full-time Service Crew member, serving as both barista and counter crew. You will create a welcoming experience for our diverse customers, preparing quality beverages and providing friendly, efficient service. Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to the company's quality and presentation standards, operating espresso machines and related equipment.
- Greet customers at the counter, take orders accurately, process payments and handle cash and cashless transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and dining area in line with Singapore food safety regulations.
- Replenish stock, support daily opening and closing procedures, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
Job Requirements
- Previous barista or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays, as the role requires.
- Hold, or willing to obtain, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
