💰 $15.95/hour | Monday – Friday | 3-Month Renewable Contract

Looking for a weekday office-hours role? Join a customer service team and gain valuable experience assisting members of the public with their enquiries!

✨ Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle public enquiries on Individual Income Tax, Property Tax and other tax-related matters via phone, live chat and walk-ins.
  • Guide members of the public in using online services and chatbots.
  • Assist with step-by-step e-Filing procedures.
  • Provide guidance on tax filing and payment obligations.

📍 Work Location: Novena 

⏰ Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8.00am / 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • 5-day work week, weekends off!

💵 Salary: $15.95/hour

📋 Employment Details:

  • 3-month contract (renewable)
  • 1 week of classroom training provided
  • Smart casual attire

✅ Job Requirements:

  • GCE A-Level or Diploma and above
  • WSQ qualifications are not accepted
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling enquiries through different communication channels
