Salary & Working Hours
Basic salary: $2,300/month + $200 attendance bonus, subject to eligibility.
Sales commission and clinic performance incentives.
Five days a week, 44 working hours, excluding breaks.
Rostered between 10am and 8.30pm, with one shorter day each week.
Two daily breaks totalling 1.5 hours.
Roster includes weekends and public holidays.
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and manage registration, appointments and patient records.
Handle phone and WhatsApp enquiries and appointment follow-ups.
Process payments and complete daily cashier reconciliation.
Assist with medicine preparation and labelling under the physician’s instructions.
Monitor inventory and replenish clinic supplies.
Explain clinic services, package prices and terms clearly.
Support opening, closing and clinic cleanliness.
Help identify practical improvements to patient service and clinic workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a clinic assistant is required; TCM clinic experience is preferred.
Familiarity with patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and clinic administration.
Ability to manage front-counter duties independently after orientation.
Confidence using clinic software and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist patient.
