We are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic IT & Event Technology Technician who loves technology, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is excited about traveling to support events.
About the Role
This is not your typical office IT job!
You will work with a wide range of technology, including iPads, laptops, badge printers, networking equipment, and event registration systems.
Your responsibilities will range from inspecting, repairing, configuring, and maintaining our rental equipment to traveling to event venues, setting up technology, and providing onsite technical support.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong technical mindset, and takes pride in making technology work flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rental equipment.
Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and configuration issues.
Maintain iPads, tablets, laptops, printers, routers, and other event technology.
Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and equipment testing.
Identify defective components and coordinate replacements or repairs.
Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and ready for the next rental.
