ASSISTANT BUYER | UP TO $3,800/MTH 💼
📍 Location: Genting Lane, Singapore
💰 Salary: $3,400 – $3,800/month
🕣 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📋 Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, purchase orders and delivery coordination.
- Purchase materials, components and equipment based on MRP requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute inventory control procedures.
- Liaise with logistics providers on shipment arrangements, tracking and customs declarations.
- Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost efficiency.
- Maintain purchasing documentation, vendor records and databases.
- Process purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices for Finance.
- Handle returns and non-conforming materials with suppliers.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and analyse Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
✅ Job Requirements
- Singaporeans / PRs.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
- Fresh Degree Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with MRP, inventory management and procurement processes is advantageous.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks based on urgency.
