- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- West - Penjuru
- Company Transport Provided at Jurong East MRT
- Basic UP $3100 + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing, verification and follow-up with customers.
- Prepare orders and coordinate with Planners for timely fulfilment.
- Liaise with booking agents / ship operators on supply schedules and vessel loading.
- Track orders and ensure all orders are accounted for daily.
- Arrange dispatch and follow up on Delivery Orders / proof of delivery.
- Close completed job orders for billing.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- No experiences is required, training will be provided
