Job Scope

  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with requests, feedback and complaints.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • O Level / Higher Nitec or above

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour per day
