Quality Assurance Coordinator ( Aviation / Engineering ) | Changi North
Job location: Changi North
Working Hours – 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
Aerospace company
2,250 - 2,300 SGD monthly (basic+allowances)
OT as an when required
Long term contract 1 year, extendable/ renewable
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain quality records, Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and Quality Standard Operating Policies and Manuals (SOPM).
- Coordinate regulatory, customer, and third-party audits for Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance operations.
- Arrange audit logistics, including transport, security clearances, and administrative support.
- Process and coordinate payments related to regulatory approvals, audits, and airline operator requirements.
- Organize Focus Monthly Meetings and Quality Management Meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and circulation of meeting minutes.
- Maintain audit documentation, regulatory correspondence, and compliance records.
- Monitor audit findings and corrective action follow-up activities to ensure timely closure.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate compliance, audit readiness, and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering-related industry in a support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, quality documentation, or regulatory processes is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance operations, quality systems, or regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
