Temp Marketing & Communications Executive (3-Month Contract)
3 Months Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with brand health reports, including data consolidation and reporting timelines.
- Support marketing campaigns, brand activations and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate brand workshops, including logistics, materials preparation and follow-up.
- Prepare presentation decks and consolidate information for management briefings.
- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing and communications activities.
- Assist with inventory management, stocktaking and procurement administration, including purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work well in a team.
- Experience in branding, marketing campaigns or corporate communications will be an advantage.
