📞 Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Tuas
💰 Basic Salary: S$2,300 - S$2,600 + OT
💰 Gross Monthly Salary: Up to S$3,000
🗓️ Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.00am - 5.45pm (5-day work week)
📍 Location: Tuas Avenue / Tuas Bay Drive
🚌 Transport: Company transport provided (2-way) at Tuas West Road MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, forwarders and the warehouse on shipment readiness and delivery schedules
- Prepare and handle day-to-day delivery documents
- Assist and update customers on stock queries and shipment schedules
- Liaise with the warehouse on shipments
- Prepare monthly KPI reports
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
