📍 Location: Pasir Panjang
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday (Half-Day)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon–Fri)

Job Duties:

  • Carry out building maintenance and repair works.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, lighting, air-conditioning and plumbing issues.
  • Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Attend to equipment breakdowns and building defects.
  • Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repairs.
  • Update maintenance records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
  • NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Able to read electrical drawings.
  • Able to work independently.
