Facilities Technician | 5 Days | Require Class 3 license
📍 Location: Hougang / Islandwide
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Carry out maintenance and repair works at residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot electrical, air-conditioning, lighting and plumbing issues.
- Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests.
- Perform regular building inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors for repair works.
- Update maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
- NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in basic electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Able to read electrical drawings.
- Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Willing to travel between different property sites.
- Able to work independently.
