We are looking for a Part-Time Admin and Recruitment Assistant (flexi) to join our team to manage daily office tasks and supports team operations to keep a business running smoothly.
Key benefits:

Main Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings between managers and clients.
- Record-keeping: Maintain paper and digital filing systems, update databases, and prepare routine reports.
- Client appreciation planning: Take part in ideation and planning to client appreciation events and gifts. Source for logistics required for the company
- Client Relations & Reception: Respond to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries professionally.
- Match suitable candidates to job description. Co-ordinate interviews and screenings between candidates and managers
- Assist with daily HR and administrative activities
- Upload and manage various job portals and job listings
Who we are looking for
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Residing in Singapore
- A level/Diploma holders
