Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote company products.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
- Arrange appointments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain call records and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Prior telemarketing experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
