Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our sustainability-driven food and beverage team in Singapore. You will help deliver warm, efficient service in a lively, multicultural setting where merit and growth are valued. Full training is provided, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Job Description
- Greet and serve customers courteously, taking orders and handling payments accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to company standards and food safety guidelines
- Keep the cafe, counter, and equipment clean, organised, and well stocked
- Support the team with opening and closing duties, and follow sustainable practices such as waste reduction and responsible recycling
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, with prior F&B experience being an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility to work a 5.5 / 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays
