Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Review construction drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Familiar with cost estimation, tendering and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
- Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
