As Captain, you’ll be a key pillar of our front-of-house team, supporting the Outlet Manager and making sure every guest feels the care, warmth, and craft we stand for.
Your Role
1. Operations & Service
- Deliver smooth, attentive service, from greeting and seating guests to taking orders, explaining the menu, and processing payments.
- Help the team meet sales goals while upholding high standards of hospitality.
- Share your knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, and make thoughtful sake recommendations.
- Track and report daily sales and menu performance insights to the Outlet Manager.
- Assist other Nozomi outlets when needed.
- Carry out pre-service and closing checks so the restaurant is clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Support the Outlet Manager with inventory and day-to-day coordination of service.
2. Other Duties
- Take on additional tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.
