  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of private hire vehicle drivers to support operational requirements.
  • Coordinate driver deployments, passenger bookings, and trip schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations, resolve service disruptions and incidents, and provide operational support to drivers and clients.
  • Serve as the key liaison between drivers, passengers, and corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service and communication.
  • Support operational projects, deployments, and continuous process improvements while maintaining accurate operational records.
