Operations Assistant – Logistics
Sign-On Bonus | Shift Work | Free Transport to Interview
We’re looking for an organised team leader to support daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise inbound and outbound operations and plan resources to meet targets.
Support staff with booking and operational issues.
Coordinate shipments, returns, and daily matters with customers and transporters.
Oversee data entry, pick-list generation, and reporting.
Train staff and ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and customer requirements.
Escalate issues and support corrective actions, system updates, and process improvements.
Assist with overtime planning and quarter-end operations.
Requirements
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
VBA, Power BI, or Tableau experience is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
