Job description:
We are a reputable event management company dedicated to curating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.
* Handle daily inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions
* Assist with the coordination of event logistics, including venue bookings and vendor arrangements
* Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
* Maintain accurate records and databases for both administrative and accounting purposes
* Provide administrative support to team members and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
* Previous experience in both administrative and basic accounting roles
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
