Job Description
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries
- Label, record, and track pallets and parts accurately
- Put away incoming materials and prepare outgoing parts for dispatch
- Update and maintain inventory records in the system
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with inventory records
- Liaise with internal departments to support operational needs
- Maintain good housekeeping standards (clean, organized, and safe work area)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse, store, or logistics operations is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, inventory system or ERP)
- Able to handle manual work and perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal departments
- Willing to comply with safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards
- Forklift licence is an advantage; candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised
- Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence is an advantage
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn
