📞 Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from members of the public
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
- Follow up on customer enquiries and requests
- Maintain professionalism and service quality during interactions
- Perform basic administrative and data entry duties
- Handle other duties as assigned
✅ Requirements
- A-Level qualifications and above
- No prior experience required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling enquiries via phone and email
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to commit for the full contract period
