- Support Outlet Manager in daily operations
- Lead & motivate your team to hit goals
- Ensure hygiene & safety standards
- Deliver great customer experiences
- Handle scheduling, recruitment & training
- Drive outlet marketing & sales
Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Experience with scheduling, P&L & stock take
Training Commitment
- 12 weeks intensive training
- Pass Assistant Outlet Manager Test (6 months)
- Pass Chef Level 1 Test (9 months)
