HEY YOU! 🫵🏻 YOUR EXPERIENCE STARTS HERE.
No experience or fancy resume? No idea what comes next? Well, we've ALL been there.
What if your next opportunity wasn't about what you've already achieved, but what you're willing to learn?
Whatever your starting point, we've got room for your next chapter!
Welcome to Catalyst Marketing Solutions! 👋🏻
We're a sales and marketing team supporting non-profit organisations through face-to-face community outreach.
Big changes don't always start big. Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation. 💬
✨ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? ✨
🩷 Connect: Engage members of the public through face-to-face conversations.
🩷 Represent: Share the missions and initiatives of non-profit organisations.
🩷 Create Impact: Help raise awareness and encourage public support for meaningful causes.
🌱 Grow: Develop communication, interpersonal and leadership skills through practical experience.
🌱 Lead: Learn teamwork, sales strategies and people development as you progress.
✨ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? ✨
😎 Hands-on training and guidance.
😎 Develop confidence and communication skills.
😎 A team environment where learning and personal development matter.
💡 Exposure to sales, marketing and community engagement
💡 Opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and leadership roles.
✨ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✨ 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻
✅ Individuals with a positive learning attitude.
✅ People who enjoy interacting and connecting with others.
✅ Individuals willing to step outside their comfort zone.
✅ Those who are motivated to challenge themselves and grow.
Whether you've just graduated, finished National Service, or are considering a career change,
you don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to be willing to start.
We're not promising an easy ride. Face-to-face outreach takes effort, resilience and initiative.
But you'll gain practical experience that no textbook can fully teach.
