Paid Training: Selected candidates will receive all required additional training at no cost and with no bond attached.
What the Job Entails
Cover duty shifts for officers who are on rest days or off days.
Manage deployments across different sites within assigned sectors (e.g., East Sector, Central Sector).
Receive proper On-the-Job Training (OJT) for every site prior to deployment.
Gain hands-on exposure across a wide variety of security environments.
Build the key competencies and knowledge required to become a highly employable, well-rounded Security Supervisor.
Requirements
Licensing & Training: Must possess a valid PRD licence and have completed the required PWM basic modules for your rank.
Tech Proficiency: Able to operate digital and electronic security systems efficiently.
Physical Capability: Capable of completing physical patrol routes, including climbing stairs safely. Must have adequate vision (with or without glasses) and hearing ability to communicate effectively on-site.
Communication: Fluent in reading, understanding, and speaking English to coordinate with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders.
Professional Standards: Maintain a clean, professional appearance, adhere to client grooming guidelines (including visible tattoo rules), and remain alert and fit for duty.
