Admin Assistant, Inspection & Administration, Customer Service (2 Years Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate unit handovers in a timely manner, including daily handover appointments and liaison with main contractors on handover kits, dressing-up items, etc.
- Conduct key collection appointments to hand over keys to homeowners, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate and track courier bookings and receipts, and maintain proper records in the system.
- Assist the Customer Service team to coordinate with homeowners and main contractors on joint inspection appointments and work schedules.
- Provide frontline service support by attending to homeowners’ telephone enquiries and assisting in the management of complaints.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or customer service-related roles.
- Customer-oriented with a service mindset.
- Responsible, reliable, and adaptable with good organization skills.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (fluency in Chinese is required to engage with Chinese speaking homeowners).
