What you will be doing
- Responsible for all beverages concerned inclusive of daily purchases of stock and daily sales;
- Setting the tables and assisting the Captain in seating the members/guests;
- Greet, present menu to members/guests and take orders;
- Serves food according to service procedure;
- Bar station to be ready upon arrival of the first member/guest for service;
- Report to the supervisor any discrepancy when happens;
- Ensure total cleanliness in bar areas inclusive of storage, sink, floor, glasses, etc;
- Recommend and introduce drinks to members/guests to promote sales for the bar;
- To handle and set up bar services station for banquets and meetings if required;
- Maintain and upkeep good personal hygiene and sanitation according to food handlers’ requirements as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace;
- Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming;
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
