🕒 Working Hours (Can Choose):
1️⃣ 8.30am - 6pm
2️⃣ 12pm - 8pm
3️⃣ 3pm - 11pm (+Shift Allowance)
✨ Required: Weekend Shift (Rotate) [WFH / In-Office]
💵 Once per month + Paid Allowances!
🧸 ─ Job Scope ─ 🧸
• Handle customer inquiries on bookings, tracking and deliveries
• Coordinate shipments with operations teams, vendors and carriers
• Monitor shipments and provide delivery updates
• Prepare shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations, B/L)
• Handle customer complaints, invoicing and billing matters
• Support sales quotations and client follow-ups
✅ Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of freight documentation and customs regulations
• Hands-on experience with billing and invoicing systems
