Job Summary
We are seeking a Logistics Contracts Analyst / Logistics Operations Analyst to support our warehousing and logistics operations in Singapore. You will analyse contract performance, monitor operational data and help optimise service delivery and cost efficiency. Job Description
- Review, track and administer logistics contracts with carriers, vendors and customers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, service levels and pricing.
- Analyse operational data such as transport costs, warehouse throughput and delivery performance, and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work with operations, procurement and finance teams to resolve contract discrepancies, support tender processes and identify process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with audits, invoice verification and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; familiarity with warehouse or transport management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with good written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse, multicultural teams.
- Understanding of logistics operations, contract terms or procurement processes is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
