Job Description
- Lead, coach and schedule a diverse store team fairly, setting clear goals and recognising performance based on merit.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, cash handling and compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
- Drive sales targets and profitability by analysing performance data, planning promotions and identifying growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries and feedback professionally, upholding high service standards for customers of all backgrounds.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Sound commercial awareness and proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management and basic reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with Singapore's Employment Act and rostering arrangements.
