Front Office Executive

Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
$3000 – $3500
Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the relevant departments.
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries and call transfers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Register visitors and issue visitor passes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
  • Provide basic information and assistance via phone, email or in person.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements and calendar updates.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, printing and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks.
