Front Office Executive
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
$3000 – $3500
Tampines
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the relevant departments.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries and call transfers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Register visitors and issue visitor passes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Provide basic information and assistance via phone, email or in person.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Assist with meeting arrangements and calendar updates.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, printing and photocopying.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks.
