We are representing our client, a leading global engineering and technology company, in hiring for this opportunity!!
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels and accurate SAP/ERP records
- Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Inspect incoming materials, checking quantity, quality and documents
- Organise stock and issue materials against approved requests
- Record receipts, transfers and stock movements
- Follow up on purchase orders and delayed deliveries
- Resolve discrepancies and support production material needs
- Identify surplus, obsolete, slow-moving and expiring stock
- Prepare reports and support MES/digital inventory systems
- Maintain housekeeping, safe handling and procedural compliance; perform other assigned duties
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher NITEC/NITEC in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Inventory, warehouse or manufacturing experience is an advantage
- SAP/ERP knowledge and Excel skills preferred
- Willing to learn MES; strong problem-solving skills
