The Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding the company's brand values and service standards. This role involves engaging customers, ensuring satisfaction, promoting products and merchandise, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement: Proactively welcome and assist customers, manage seating, conduct table visits, gather feedback, handle enquiries, bookings, cake orders and delivery arrangements. Guide customers in using SOK for ordering and payment.
2. Service Recovery: Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically. Resolve issues promptly, follow up when necessary, and escalate complex matters to management.
3. Sales & Promotion: Demonstrate product knowledge, recommend products, promote merchandise and campaigns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
4. Outlet Operations: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, displays and equipment. Assist with food preparation, replenish products, and comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards.
5. Cashiering: Operate POS systems, process payments, discounts, vouchers, returns and voids accurately. Perform cashier opening and closing procedures and prepare cash deposits according to SOPs.
6. Brand & Teamwork: Uphold brand standards, demonstrate ownership and initiative, and work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
