📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
⏰ Working Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 5.45pm
- Sat: 8.45am – 4.00pm
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with motor accident claims and enquiries.
- Handle insurance claim submissions and documentation.
- Coordinate with insurers, surveyors and workshop teams.
- Follow up on claim approvals and vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers updated on their claim status.
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain records.
✅ Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in automotive or insurance claims is an advantage, but not compulsory!
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn and able to multitask.
