Looking for a new opportunity in the F&B industry? We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking candidates to join us!
📌Job Responsibilities – Management Trainee (Service Crew)
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist guests with enquiries, reservations and seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders and process payments using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks while ensuring a pleasant guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor service quality and handle basic customer feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas
- Assist supervisors and management with daily outlet operations
- Learn and develop leadership skills to support team management and staff coordination
