Responsibilities
- Represent and execute marketing campaigns for established brands through face-to-face customer interactions to enhance brand presence
- Engage customers professionally to deliver a consistent and positive brand experience
- Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase campaign reach
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute actively to achieving team sales targets
- Develop communication, customer engagement, and sales skills through practical experience and feedback
- Progress into roles involving team coordination, campaign management, and leadership responsibilities based on performance and readiness
