Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer with a sincere smile and a positive attitude.
- Maintain product quality and ensure product presentation.
- Serves all customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Provide quality service to existing and walk-in customers.
- Educate customers on product line.
- Encourage multiple sales. (Upselling and Cross-Selling).
- Prepare all Beverages and Local Delights according to SOP.
- Proficient in operating the POS system.
- Pack and serve products according to SOP.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store work environment by ensuring that the counters and shelves are clean and floor is swept and mopped regularly.
- Count and record sales takings at the end of the day as directed by store-in-charge.
- Products knowledge on Puffs and Snacks.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Store Manager/Store-in-charge as well as other management team.
